Tilda Swinton named Best Actress at National Board of Review December 5, 2011
Tilda Swinton has won the Best Actress accolade at the National Board of review in the US. The group was formed more than 100 years ago as a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting movies as an art form and entertainment.
