Lynne Ramsay picks up Best Director Award at BIFAs December 5, 2011
Against tough competition, Lynne Ramsay won the Best Directoraward at the 2011 British Independent Film Awards. The competition - held at Old Billingsgate in central London - celebrates outstanding achievement in indie filmmaking. 2011 sees the festival's 14th year.
